If you think you can ensure the precise execution of marketing projects, Robert Half is looking for a results-oriented Project Manager. This Project Manager role is based in the Los Angeles, California area and would be a long-term contract / temporary employment opportunity.
What you get to do every single day
– Assist in the handling and organizing of materials to ensure the delivery of a the most necessary elements of every project in a defined scope, quality, time frame, and cost constraints
– Create project schedules, maintain job files, track and monitor progress, route projects, and conduct status meetings
– Guide the efficient flow of work and information through marketing, creative, and production departments
Job Requirements:
– Mobile App experience preferred
– Proficiency in scheduling
– Project management experience
– Keep in touch with executive management, team members, business and technology professionals via both written and oral methods
– Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance & Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
– Able to rely on your discretion and act on it
– This position may be best suited for candidates with previous experience working with or in an accounting function with a key role in system projects
– Completing tasks in areas such as business and technical requirements analysis, documentation, modeling and testing methodologies & development
– Candidates with a Project Management and/or Business Systems Analyst Certification are preferred
– It’s required that candidates have knowledge of project management software such as Microsoft Project, SmartSheet or other similar applications
– Strong project planning and management tasks, business systems support functions and project costing techniques
– Complex problem solving skills are a must. Candidate must be able to analyze complex business problems, propose effective solutions and understand and apply business vision and direction
