About This Featured Opportunity We are seeking an experienced CW Design Program Coordinator (DPC) to maintain and optimize design operations within our Business Brand Systems design team.

This CW DPC will partner with a Design Program Management team, and collaborate with a Creative Director & Senior Art Directors.

This role will report to a Design Program Manager.

The Opportunity For You We’re looking for someone who can Maintain relationships with partners and serve as a dependable point of contact across design, cross-functional product teams, and external vendors.

Communicate with partners clearly, effectively, and at the appropriate times to inform them of project progress, milestones, and blockers.

Craft clear and concise messaging to a wide range of cross-functional teams that utilize our services and resources.

Leverage existing design ops processes to ensure a healthy and balanced design team.

Partner closely with the Creative Director on high priority/impact initiatives to ensure smooth execution.

Fulfill Core Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for the Business Brand Systems team to streamline requests, questions, and communication.

Identify opportunities to scale based on overall understanding of partner and team needs.

Own external vendor management including maintaining relationships, onboarding, contract creation/adjustments, PR/PR creation/adjustments, budgeting, and invoice approvals.

Maintain team intake queue by communicating with requestors, vetting requests through established intake criteria, and ensuring requests are triaged, meeting milestones, and being delivered on time.

Track overall team budget to ensure proper utilization of resources and forecast for potential needs.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS: 5 years of experience as a producer, project manager, or program manager supporting product design teams.

Experience working with product designers on delivering initiatives that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of a design team’s workflow and outcomes.

Experience working with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, product management, content design, user research, etc.

Track record of operating independently, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with independent time management, task prioritization, ability to identify problems, establish timelines, and work towards solutions.

Build and execute project plans for a variety of initiatives.

Proactively raise issues before they are a problem for the design team.

Provide flexible processes that meet team needs and help keep work on track.

Facilitate meetings including preparing agendas, keeping conversation on-track, capturing notes
– establishing action items and owners and posting as a follow up to meetings.

Track and move product / cross-functional initiatives forward that have multiple stakeholders and many moving parts.

Track budget to ensure proper utilization of resources and forecast for potential needs.
