Project Coordinator, International

This role is ideal for a passionate customer service professional and focuses exclusively on managing client requests for the Arteriors International Customer Care Program.

The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing an amazing customer experience while assisting designers’ customers, distributors, and International Brand Ambassadors (Sales) with all aspects of the customer journey.

This includes general customer service assistance, management of containers, and container paperwork.

Project Coordinators utilize a variety of resources and information to assist customers in a courteous and professional manner that supports Arteriors’ brand standards and the goal of providing world-class customer service to everyone we serve.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordination of international transportation shipments, cradle to grave, encompassing all aspects of the shipment cycle: receiving orders, creating shipments, booking, and tracking.Transportation management that involves multi modes (air, ocean, etc.) for both exports and imports.Manage service requirements and standards to vendors and supply chain partners.Create quotes and convert quotes to orders while maintaining data integrity.Manually enter shipment orders and process system-generated orders.Maintain international customer profile and relevant customer information.Proven track record of conveying energy, excitement, authenticity, and a deep appreciation for the timeless elegance and beauty of Arteriors and be proud to represent the brand.Equipped to provide high-level service even with language challenges.Ability to retain and convey quality knowledge and benefits of Arteriors products, meeting international standards.Confident and driven to find solutions to customers’ issues, thinking outside the box when needed.Strive to meet all program metrics (e.g., quality, attendance, phone KPIs, etc.)Thrive in an environment with high-performance standards.Ability to maintain an elevated customer conversation and exhibit genuine empathy when appropriate.Embrace the commitment to customer service and nourishes brand loyalty.Ability to accurately document customer interaction details with limited errors.

This job might be for you if:: You possess the following requirements:2 years of account management or project management1 years of CRM experience1 years of working with International product guidelines, laws, and regulations preferred.1 years working with Operations and Logistics for International shipments preferred.Basic knowledge of containers and shipping knowledge preferred.Bi-Lingual (Spanish) preferredSuperior verbal and written communication.Able to type at least 35 WPM with proper spelling and use of grammar.Flexible, adaptable, and willing to take on new challenges while maintaining a positive attitude.Able to use effective and probing questioning and listening techniques to identify customer needs.Savviness and experience with technology are essential as multiple systems are used in this role.Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy, ability to multitask, strong sense of urgency, while dealing with competing priorities.
