We are the catalyst that allows organizations to combine their creative visions with their business growth objectives, and the world gets to experience it.The Project Coordinator is accountable for processing orders, ensuring accurate project setup, and effectively communicating with our customers.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Answers, screens, and routes incoming phone calls for open projects and upcoming orders;Help customers with inquiries, give customers information about products and services, process orders and returns;Take orders from customers for all material types;Facilitate the handoff of projects from Quoting to Project Management;Check the accuracy and completeness of orders against quotes;Review and confirm contact and billing information, quantities, part numbers, pricing, and terms and conditions;Identify and communicate the point of contact on projects, confirm and enter key dates, and prepare submittals;Enter sales orders into the Company’s enterprise resource planning system;Assist Project Management team on drop-ship orders and procurement activities;Coordinate returns and warranty items;Proactively follow up on customers’ challenges and needs;Resolve customer concerns and issues as efficiently and effectively as possible;Assist in the process of expediting orders, as needed;Assist Project Management team on backorders and returns;Assist with quoting and estimating ensuring accuracy and within service level agreements;Support Accuserv’s standard process for costing and quoting ensuring consistent and efficient results;Support the Business Development team in their efforts to quote and onboard new customers;Look for way’s to perform functions in efficient and effective ways to continue to add value to Accuser and our customers;Perform all other responsibilities as may be assigned by management.Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.High school diploma or equivalent required.
