Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the regional office by maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

* Work closely with Regional leadership and the Project Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects.* Coordinate tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries.* Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.* Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.* Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.* Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.* Insuring project deadlines are met.* Determining project changes.* Providing administrative support as needed.* Undertaking project tasks as required.* Developing project strategies.* Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation I maintained appropriately for each project.* Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.* Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.* Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.* Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.

Minimum Qualifications (Experience, Skills, and Education) * Experience with computers i.e.

Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Professional Skills: * Excellent interpersonal and project management skills.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders* Deadline driven.* Demonstrated ability to interface with clients.* Organized, detail oriented, punctual, and highly self-motivated.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions: Standard office environment including work at a computer terminal.

Work involves extended periods of sitting, occasional walking and lifting up to 10 pounds.
