“Awesome team, friendly staff and room for growth!” Description of Role: Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with our Project Manager to prepare sign packets and execute sign fabrication and installations.

You will perform various coordinating tasks including assessing client’s needs, providing status reports to the Project Manager and clients, and completing documentation for project close-outs.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.

Ultimately, the Project coordinator duties are to ensure all projects are completed on time and meet high quality standards.

Tasks: Coordinate with lead sales person to get all signage information needed.

Submit rendering approval to lead project manager for estimation.

Adhere to project specifications, oversee project submittals, & source subcontractors/vendors.

Coordinate with lead sales person and client to get renderings finalized.

Gather all building info if permitting is needed.

Follow up with lead project manager on fabrication and installation.

Complete documentation for project close-outs.

Skills & Requirements: 2+years of project coordination Experience with microsoft office programs Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro Experience in the construction industry (preferred) Occasional travel within the state…
