The purpose of this key role is to take full responsibility for managing credit analyses projects while ensuring 100% customer satisfaction, including: delivering quality and timely products, providing up-to-date and accurate progress reports, instilling clients’ confidence in our approach and ability to deliver as promised, serving as a one-stop-shop for clients’ incentive consulting needs.ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship Management• Serves as the main, end-to-end point of contact for customers and builds strong client relationships; “owns the client”• Exhibits overall expertise in business processes, products, and technology• Anticipates customer needs and presents solutions in the form of service offerings and technology improvements• Maintains customer satisfaction rates as evidenced through ongoing client surveys• Has the ability to lead client meetings with C-level customers and colleagues• Reviews work products of colleagues to be sure timeliness and consistency with client expectations• Coordinates with internal and external counterparts to deliver final products to clients• Sends and explains invoices and performs initial collections efforts• Ensures client retention rates and saves struggling customers from cancellation• Obtains testimonials and permissions to publish case studies from customers and partners• Exhibits a general sales orientation by thinking strategically about client engagements• Pursues feedback in order to identify needs/opportunities for cross sells• Presents new service offerings and technology, collaborating with sales or subject matter expertsProject Execution Management• Regularly corresponds with clients to gather data, provide updates and manage expectations• Creates and manages detailed engagement schedules to meet client portfolio deadlines• Performs thorough review of information each time it is obtained from a client or a third party• Confirms data accuracy and conforms to internal quality standards and government regulations• Compiles, extracts, manipulates, and analyzes the data to formulate coherent conclusions• Works independently or collaboratively to resolve issues in a timely and appropriate fashionPreferred Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree required; technical major and/or advanced degree preferred.Experience:• 5+ years professional experience• 3+ years doing complex technical data analysis• 3+ years in consulting/professional services• 3+ years in project management roles• Advanced use of formal project management techniques and methods• Successfully juggling multiple concurrent client engagements with ultimate responsibility for each• Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines and providing exceptional client service• Demonstrated ability to quickly master complex new conceptsSkills:• Superb interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)• Exceptional intelligence and analytical skills• Impeccably organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously• Excellent ability to use logic in solving new complex problems• Amazing attention to detail• Critical Thinking• Thorough, proactive problem solving• Outstanding ability to prioritize own work and work of others• Able to work effectively on individual projects and across departments as well as part of a team• Expert level knowledge of Excel• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Visio; SQL skills a plus• Hands on experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM tool a plusAdditional experience in the following a huge plus:• Tax Credits and Incentives• Tax Consulting• Big 4 experienceCompany DescriptionSince 1996, Tax Credit Co. has helped its clients offset their tax liabilities with over $1B in credits to date.
