Program & Project Management Manager (Accenture LLP; Philadelphia, PA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Program & Project Management Manager in Philadelphia, PA, and the job duties are as follows: Manage Project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule and scope.

Develop or update project plans for information technology projects, including defining tasks associated with project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding and staffing.

Support the program/project from scoping and gathering requirements through deployment for Analytics projects for Accenture clients.

Lead the technical design and build activities for Analytics projects.

Review design approach proposed by the team, provide technical direction to the project team and provide critical guidance and input during Quality Assurance reviews/audits.

Coordinate work across different teams at different locations globally.

Track the day-to-day activities of the project team members and ensure that the team adheres to all standards and processes required to be followed at each stage of the software development lifecycle.

Analyze functional and technical business requirements and verify that the Analytics requirements are aligned with business needs and objectives.

Manage client expectations and deliverables to ensure that the technical solutions delivered by the project team meet client expectations.

Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.

Must have 5 years of experience in developing and implementing backend SAP Business Warehouse solutions, including SAP Extractor, BW cube development, and data transfer process (DTP).

Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following: Utilizing SAP Business Explorer (BEX) and Business Objects in conjunction with SAP BW as a data source; Project management and associated tasks, including developing workplans, managing plans to schedule and budget, managing and escalating issues, and managing client expectations; and Implementing end-to-end SAP Analytics solutions from requirements gathering through deployment.

Must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Implementing Analytics solutions associated with Business Planning processes, including forecasting, demand planning, and supply planning; and Managing or conducting testing in SAP BW and the broader SAP Analytics toolset, including development and management of test plans, executing test scripts, resolving defects, and coordinating with end users to resolve defects.

Must have 6 months of experience in managing the cutover planning and deployment of an SAP BW or SAP Analytics solution.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
