Overview
Purpose Statement/Position Summary
The Program Manager is responsible for overall planning, implementation, evaluation and administration of numerous programs within the Office of Community Affairs as well as Government, Business, and Community Relations.
Supervises and manages staff and programs, serves as Principal Investigator or co-PI in various grants and programs, manages operations of programs, evaluation, reporting.
Works across the hospital with other departments and programs for a broad range of strategic initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience
• Demonstrated advanced grant writing and grant management skills; data and financial management skills.
Ability to effectively work across systems internally and externally is required.
• Trauma Experience 5+ years (Required)
• Process Improvement Experience
• Leadership
• Quality Improvement
Education/Licensure/Certification
Master’s degree in Health Administration, Business Administration or related field required.
