Snap’s Augmented Reality team invents the immersive (and fun!) camera experiences that are at the core of our products.

From developing creative new Lens features for Snapchat, to supporting the continuous growth and evolution of Lens Studio (our platform for an ever-increasing community of AR creators), to designing the cutting-edge computer vision and machine learning technology that makes face transformation Lenses possible — our Augmented Reality team is working hard on their mission to bring AR to more people, places, and moments, every day.

We’re looking for a Platform Program Operation to join our Augmented Reality team!

What you’ll do:

Drive and define operational programs for key initiatives

Help coordinate and execute on all hands and technical reviews

Streamline platform operations while growing the the network of customers

Identify decisions required to move a project forward, determine the decision makers, and ensure decisions are made in order to accelerate project efficacy and impact

Perform risk management and scope management on projects, identifying blockers and areas for improvement

Ensure that teams are aligned and that project impact is operationalized and evaluated properly 

Coordinate with Product, Engineering and Ecosystem stakeholders to build excellence and maximize efficiencies

Navigate complex matrixed organizations and enhance organizational communications while acting as an escalation point of contact for issues

Plan and execute high value cross-team meetings

Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, release, and post release phases

Build and maintain systems for tracking key program health

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Ability to quickly learn new technologies, programs and applications

Highly organized and detail oriented with a proactive work-style

Incredibly proactive and able to take initiative and work efficiently with little direction

Minimum Qualifications:

BS/BA or equivalent years of experience

3+ years of program and/or operation management experience at a technology company

Preferred Qualifications: 

Experience managing programs across multiple teams and functions, with stakeholders in different disciplines across time zones

Experience leading initiatives with a global footprint having worked on software products

Analytical and problem-solving experience 

Fluency with common operational tools: JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Google Suite, Excel, etc.
