Program Manager needed for a Non-Profit Organization

Well known Non-Profit organization is looking to hire a Program Manager.

This position will require someone who has experience managing government grants to completion.

Knowledge of Los Angeles, community-based organizations and community resources.Familiarity with client-centered, strength-based counseling (i.e.

trauma-informed practice.) Previous experience in non-profits, social justice, or community-based organizations.

Will work directly with the Director of Programs to support and coordinate delivery of services and resources to program participants, support other program staff and provide oversight of assigned areas to endure that grant activities goals are met.

Will also be responsible for monitoring policies and procedures, grant-funded projects, conduct weekly case conferencing and monthly case files, maintain organized records, manage outreach and collaboration efforts with community partners and stakeholder, etc.

Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely in both oral and written forms.

Ability to work independently and demonstrate follow-through on assignments.

Ability to manage and monitor online contact relationship management system such as Salesforce.

Computer skills; including use of Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Bachelor”s or Master”s Degree is preferred.
