Overview
We are looking for a Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) Program Manager to join our growing team in the Los Angeles area.
The LiDAR Program Manager will be responsible for the management and execution of our clients LiDAR Program.
This position will include reporting, extensive cross-functional communication, performance monitoring and supporting our clients program needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage execution of LiDAR Program
- Create, manage and share pertinent lidar program reports
- Manage the cross-functional communications and implications of lidar program
- Stakeholder use case management
- Support development of Lidar Collection Playbook
- Monitor vendor performance against SOW performance level indicators.
- Review travelers sheets.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Business management, Supply Management, Business Administration or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Experience working with GIS file types and tools (i.e.
Esri ArcGIS).
- Experience working with Enterprise Cloud software.
Experience establishing performance metrics to optimize productivity and quality.
- Experience achieving results through others by achieving strategic priorities and acting as a lead to empower employees to accomplish objectives.
- Experience integrating work across stakeholders and ability to manage information well to represent the Aerial Inspection team to internal and external customers.
- 7-10 years of experience.
Demonstrated experience consulting with senior management and executives.
- Strong strategic and critical thinking, analytical and relationship building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Effective resource and project planning, decision making, results delivery, team building and the ability to stay current.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, Aeronautical or Aerospace Related Functional Experience, Lidar Functional Use Case Experience.
- Part 107 Pilot Certificate.
- Experience with Lidar Visualization and Analysis Applications (Neara, Pointerra, CORE, Terrasolid etc.)
