Program Manager
Boingo is looking for a Program Manager to manage our Private Networks projects. Do you have a passion for detail?
Are you organized and are always on the lookout for ways to be helpful?
In this role, you will be part of a Program Management team and will be responsible for managing a portion of the project portfolio including some administration, approval, and reconciliation.
Boingo’s Program Manager will be given the opportunity to grow within the company and work with the latest technology each day.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with internal cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Facilitate recurring project/program review meetings
- Build and maintain project data across Salesforce, JIRA, Smartsheets
- Maintain financial oversight of all open projects for Private Networks
- Assess and escalate project issues and risks as they arise
- Document new processes as needed for an emerging product line
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience as Program or Project Manager for consumer product projects in the telecommunications industry or Accounting or Finance
- Experience with Salesforce, JIRA, Smartsheets a plus
- Experience documenting and implementing process and policy preferred
- Proven track record in delivering medium to large scale projects on schedule
- Strong project management skills, methodologies, and analytical skills
- Ability to drive all aspects of a product/project through the entire life cycle
- Sound business judgment and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Must be able to adjust communications to different audiences
- Ability to create and deliver effective presentations
- BS Degree preferred
