About The Team And The Role

At Realtor.com we’re building an expert in-house advertising team to build the most effective advertising strategies in the industry. We are looking for a Program Manager, Marketing, to advance our culture of Agile testing across all marketing channels including performance and brand strategies (SEM, Facebook, YouTube, Display, OOH, TV, and more).

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and lead our Agile testing program across all paid digital marketing channels reporting directly to the VP of Media
  • Work closely with marketing channel leaders to identify, prioritize, and execute marketing tests with the highest impact. Coordinate with analytics, marketing SMEs, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Track and enforce all Agile marketing deadlines and lead all Agile marketing ceremonies including facilitation, ideation, planning, kickoffs, etc
  • Establish and refine processes to ensure high test quality
  • Act as liaison between Pod and expertise hubs to resolve blockers
  • Prepare and consolidate results to leadership

Qualifications

  • 8 years of related experience or 6 years and a Master’s degree
  • Experience in Agile workflows or leading cross-functional pods
  • Experience in advertising traditional and digital media
  • History of tracking and managing cross platform efforts and initiatives
  • Strong quantitative skills – ability to use data to develop and measure marketing test in collaboration analytics team

Personal Characteristics

  • Ability to communicate effectively to leadership and clearly communicate complex strategies to a non-technical audience
  • Understanding of experimentation design, can communicate and advocate for good test design with analytics’ team support
  • Willingness to hold people accountable to deadlines and quality of work
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with an ability to change direction and meet deadlines
  • Curious, passionate about solving difficult problems, and comfortable working in gray areas where data is messy or incomplete
