Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree (preferred) in business or related field.
Program management
P&L experience
Aerospace and government experience
PMP certification.
Military experience in acquisition, supply and/or contracting preferred.
Experience managing a team.
Project management.
Willing to travel.
Job Requirements:
Position Summary:
Assign project managers and staff to work in the life cycle of multiple projects.
Supervise project managers, training and work of production, design and development staff.
Track performance, assess compliance with budgets, timing and other requirements.
Establish performance standards
Develop budget and operating plan for programs.
Government solicitations and contracting procedures.
Defense Budget process, operational force structure, and platform sustainment.
Strategy with Sales and Marketing team.
Organizing and executing delinquent delivery reports, QDIP, engineering reports & quality procedures, supplier visits, etc.
Capture improvement, award protests, license enforcement, and competition engagement.
Provide expertise on government acquisition organization and procedures.
Government subject matter representative
Expertise with the Defense Supply enterprise, i.e., organization, processes, regulations, etc.
