POSITION: Program Director III (Full-Time Regular)
LOCATION: Hollywood Recovery Center (Mental Health) – Hollywood, CA
DUTIES: The Program Director supervises staff, providing clinical and administrative leadership.
Coordinates program activities and fiscal management of smaller and less complex programs.
Assures that program complies with contract, licensing, certification and other required standards
QUALIFICATIONS: Following are the qualifications required to perform the essential functions of this position.
Qualifications may be subject to modification based on the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Licensed Healing Arts Practitioner (LPHA) plus two years supervisory experience.
Thorough knowledge of Los Angeles County DMH program standards including billing procedures.
Experience with accreditation and certification process preferred.
Thorough knowledge of Co-Occurring Disorders and family systems required with knowledge of the philosophy and approach of self-help programs.
Communication, writing, record keeping and math skills adequate for performance of job duties.
Must have valid California driver’s license and liability insurance if driving personal vehicle on BHS business.
Recovering individuals must have a minimum two years clean, sober and abstinent to be considered for employment.
