We embrace the diverse perspectives and experiences each team member brings to their role, and we know it’s a catalyst for innovation.You will make an impact some of the following ways:Develop, train, and manage performance requirements of the (KPI) Key performance indicators plant employeesAssist with enforcing of plant practices such as the safety program, preventative maintenance program and quality internal and external auditsManage plant production workflow and qualification of production equipment (IQ, OQ, PQ)Track plant expenditures, controlling Material, Direct Labor headcount, overtime, OH usage, manufacturing variances analysisWhat you will bring:Education – Bachelor’s Degree with a preference for an MBAExperience – 10 or more years of experience in a continuous flow manufacturing environment with 3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
Knowledge of ISO 9000/13485 quality system discipline experience.
Proficient in Integrated Systems (Oracle or SAP) with the process capability Index Cpk and knowledge of SPC Statistical Process Control analysis and diagnostic tools and techniquesContinuous Improvement is Our Way of Life – Lean manufacturing experience with Kaizen experience preferredSpanish is requiredWire or cable manufacturing is strongly preferredLet’s Write the Next 100 Years Together.Join a global community striving to improve connectivity and security.
