As the Production Manager you will be the point of contact for vendors. Purchase orders for custom designs and specialty fabrics will move through your desk in day to day operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Comply with all environmental, health, safety and quality standards.
- Data Entry into system.
- Enter production and purchase orders.
- Manage vendor agreements.
- Manage tech packs.
- Email communication between vendors, suppliers, and consumers.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proficient communication in both English and Spanish.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written with ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excel skills.
- Experience with manufacturing systems software.
- Fabric and Pattern knowledge across an array of materials.
- Strong focus on follow-up and attention to detail.
