Production Manager Juniors/Young Handbag and Accessories Line (Downtown, LA) Please do not reply if you do not have experience working in the industry Triple Accessories Inc is a Juniors Handbag & Accessories Company based in Downtown Los Angeles. Shipping under the brand UnderOneSky we are currently doing production out of China and are looking for a full time Production Manager to come on board and manage production. We distribute to major retailers across the USA, Canada and Europe. Responsibilities include: • Managing a WIP • Communication with overseas factories and our China office • Communication with the sales team and design team • Oversea production duties from ordering tickets, EDIs, UPCs, buyer follow ups • Review production sample timelines and make sure shipping is on time • Communicate clearly and precisely all comments to overseas china office • Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality. • Review shipping charts and timelines and communicate to shipping manager • Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed. • Data Entry for all shipments and Purchase Orders Requirements: • Minimum 2-3 years professional experience in Handbag / Accessories / Apparel Production. • understanding of construction, hardware, materials, trims, lining, etc. • Ability to work independently as well as being a team player • Ability to work in time-sensitive busy environment. • Knowledgeable in Excel • problem-solving capabilities • attention to detail and extremely organize • ability to communicate clearly and persuasively • ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Work on Time & Action calendar experience is a must • Strong skills in paperwork handling and data entry • Must have understanding of shipping documentation • Quickbooks or similar format company program understanding is a MUST We at UnderOneSky are looking for the right candidate that has worked in a company and can coordinate and work with all departments.
