Making its first digital health acquisition in October 2020 (Lifedojo.com), the roadmap is quickly accelerating, and with that acceleration comes rapid product operations growth, and the need for full-time Product Operations management.Who you Are:Ontrak is seeking a mission-driven Product Operations Manager to work alongside Product managers, UX researchers, UX/UI designers and health content specialists to coordinate the execution of complex, simultaneous product launches across multiple end-users and business needs. This crucial role will be a blend of developing new processes and tools, supporting adoption an executional precision within the product team, supporting multiple project plans across product lines, coordination with engineering, data management and business stakeholders, and product analytics. To succeed, you must be a fast-paced, self-driven individual that is capable of sorting through many competing priorities.Above all, everything you do stems from a deep-seated passion to improve the physical, mental and emotional health of those suffering from preventable, manageable conditions.Responsibilities:* Collaborate with Product Managers, designers and content specialists to track product initiatives and release schedules within Asana, Jira, Mural and other tools. Partner to drive step-function changes in how we scale product and companywide operations.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data management, architecture, care team, provider network, marketing and sales to help improve operational workflows that allow us to scale and deliver more value to customers faster.* Lead operational initiatives that solve for ongoing strategic operations challenges.* Lead the product “Idea backlog” initiative, ensuring all customer, end-user and business stakeholder ideas are captured in an organized backlog and considered by Product during the discovery process.* Work cross-functionally to help manage product rollouts, including training, testing and internal communications.* Support the implementation of data analysis tools that help the product team iterate based on data.* Facilitate and triage day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of issues.* Travel domestically as needed (Ontrak is not currently doing business travel due to COVID-19)Requirements:* 2+ years of industry experience in an operational role and/or 2+ years in a top tier consulting firm.* Strong product sense and/or experience working in media, tech, entertainment, or product-driven organizations* Proven track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, and managing multiple projects simultaneously* Experience leading and influencing without authority.* Bachelor’s Degree* An entrepreneurial mindset that balances creative problem solving with the desire to run through walls to deliver outcomes.* Analytical, planning, and process building capability.* Desire to identify and implement process improvements.* Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills* Ability to understand technical concepts and work well with engineering* Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance* Excellent written and oral communication skills* Analytical skills and familiarity with analytics tools* Excellent communication and presentation skills, accommodating both engineering and business stakeholdersPreferred:* Startup experience, or experience with tight timelines and/or with budgetary constraints* Experience with A/B testing tools or other iteration-based platforms* Experience with modern project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, etc.* Bachelor’s Degree in an analytics-heavy major* Knowledge of modern product management best practices, and their impact on a company’s ability to launch exceptional solutions.* Strong product intuition and experience discovering and solving customer pain points* Demonstrated ability to connect every activity to clear, measurable business objectives and to drive results within required timelines.Our remote opportunities require:* A quiet, private, distraction-free home office work environment* A reliable high-speed internet connection (cable, DSL, or fiber) with speeds of at least 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload.
