Product Marketing Manager, Smart Glasses Growth – Reality Labs

Meta Reality Labs is on a mission to build the next computing platform by putting people at the center of emerging hardware and software technologies. In Meta Reality Labs, we have a Business Group that includes the business, marketing, insights, and sales functions. Within this team, the PMM (Product Marketing Manager) organization leads Product Launch Strategy and In-Market business growth.

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can identify a range of smart glasses growth levers which go beyond any one channel, or product line to reach PMF-scale by the end of the decade. This person will partner closely across the Smart Glasses org to explore net-new levers for growth. These may include MAU/retention drivers, product levers, brand proliferation, net-new products, 2P partnerships, and/or other.Product Marketing Manager, Smart Glasses Growth – Reality Labs Responsibilities

  • Market identification, sizing, and business case alignment
  • Work with product teams to build new products and pursue new growth opportunities with global appeal and scale
  • Collaborate with marketing and PR team to bring Rx into customer messaging, media strategies and overall device marketing strategy
  • Work with data science, marketing insights, and competitive intelligence teams for market research, experiment design, and measurement
  • Support annual business planning and organizational change management

Minimum Qualifications

  • Effective communication skills (documents, presentations)
  • 10+ years professional experience in product marketing and/or similar field (eg. CPG brand management)
  • Experience establishing strategy and bringing it to life through execution
  • Experience working with cross functional, matrixed teams with high degrees of ambiguity
  • BA/BS degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • General manager experience with strong track record of driving driving business growth
  • Prior experience with Consumer Electronics hardware, 3P partnerships, and channel execution
  • Experience managing a high volume of complex and ambiguous programs, with significant self-direction
  • 12+ years professional experience in product marketing and/or technology
  • MS/MBA degree or equivalent experience

$224,000/year to $285,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Please note the national salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across levels and U.S. locations that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s final level and final location.
