– we’re just getting started.**Summary:** Facebook seeks a Business Product Marketing Manager who is excited by the opportunity to be the world’s leading growth partner for app advertisers & developers.
This is a strategic role with responsibility for identifying new user acquisition & app growth strategies, as well as understanding the impact of unprecedented privacy changes on the app advertiser & developer ecosystem.In this role, you will identify market and customer insights in order to guide strategic direction, product development, and product adoption.
Key to this is identifying new opportunities to deliver value to app advertisers & developers.
In this capacity, you will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales leadership.Excellent strategic thinking, cross-functional influence, analytical and communication skills are a must, as well as comfort with ambiguity.
Ideally, you will also have a strong understanding of the market forces shaping the app advertiser ecosystem, and a track record of shaping product strategy and growing adoption.**Required Skills:** 1.
Lead market assessment, quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback, and represent the market internally with Product Management and Engineering, with a focus on user acquisition solutions for app advertisers2.
Identify long-term opportunities based on research, analysis and a strategic view of the app advertiser market and evolving privacy landscape3.
Plan and lead cross-functional efforts to facilitate successful product alpha and beta programs and launches globally4.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the broader Facebook ecosystem and competitive landscape to create strategic product feedback and positioning5.
Define and manage comprehensive go-to-market strategy and plan including positioning, policy, and launch strategy6.
Partner effectively with Product Management and outbound marketing to lead world-class product marketing communications for new products7.
Communicate the value proposition of new products to all go-to-market teams and ensure that effective sales support materials and packages are created8.
Grow product adoption and usage rates by supporting market facing programs and effective product launches**Minimum Qualifications:** 9.
Bachelors Degree with 6+ years professional experience with digital advertising products or platforms10.
Communication skills that are effective with technical, business, and external stakeholders11.
Track record of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results12.
Demonstrated experience driving resolution in the context of competing perspectives13.
Organization and people skills and experience setting priorities, problem-solving, multi-tasking and working independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace**Preferred Qualifications:** 14.

Experience & knowledge in the gaming, app advertising, and/or app developer ecosystem16.
