The Job At A Glance

We’re looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager who is passionate about guiding the design of new care models and innovating the future of healthcare.

In this role, you’ll represent the “patient voice” in the design and execution of new healthcare products and programs at Carbon Health.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Program Development, Clinical Operations, Product, Finance, and other Marketing functions to validate, launch and grow high-impact health programs for patients.

This role works with internal and external stakeholders to shape new offerings, and drive positioning, messaging, GTM, and adoption for these programs to advance our vision of accessible, affordable, comprehensive healthcare for all.

What Youll Do

• Identify target customers, their needs, and how products will meet those needs through surveys, interviews, and product usage.

• Be the voice of the patient and partner with Program Development, Product, Design, and Clinical Operations to influence service design and product roadmap. 

• Lead the go-to-market plan and ongoing marketing strategy for priority healthcare programs

• Develop product positioning, value propositions, and messaging to be used in product development and marketing campaigns.

Assess competitive offerings and promote ongoing differentiation

• Develop data-driven, patient-led, and integrated demand generation, lifecycle marketing and cross-sell strategies to promote product growth and retention

• Ensure product releases are launched with appropriate localization and messaging for each U.S.

geographic region

• Be the liaison between Program Development, Product and patient and provider-facing teams to gather feedback and collaborate on local marketing opportunities and partnerships

About You

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5-7 years of related, practical experience in product marketing, growth marketing, brand marketing, or marketing operations. Masters degree a plus

• Systems thinker with an orientation towards asking the right questions and getting things done

• Passion and curiosity in representing the underrepresented

• Experience driving work forward independently

• Experience in healthcare and/or retail a plus
