We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager to work with our Marketing, Product, and CS teams to solidify our product value propositions and increase our customers’ understanding and usage of our product.

This role will contribute to the overall growth of our company by shaping the way we communicate about our product, thereby enhancing our customers’ experience and success using Brainbase.

Responsibilities:
Hone our product value propositions to create compelling messaging that resonates with our target audiences.

Your job is to know our customers and what they need to succeed Build messaging for monthly product releases and execute communication via email, blog, and notifications Partner with our sales team to create persuasive collateral to support each product’s sales cycle Manage setup, configuration, and maintenance of our product tracking and customer success tools Research market and competitor trends to effectively position products and features against the rest Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Marketing leads team to ensure product strategies, messaging, and packaging are aligned to the overall brand world
Job requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree 2+ years of relevant product marketing experience, ideally within a product-focused tech startup Experience crafting strategy messaging that establishes unique a product positioning in a crowded market Strong analytical abilities, with experience analyzing customer behavior, presenting insights, and optimizing for deeper engagement A natural self-starter with a proven ability to work cross-functionally to achieve company objectives Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills Ability to juggle multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Attention to detail and discipline to follow established process or create new processes as needed
