The Product Marketing Manager will lead and foster the relationship between Product and Marketing.
They will have a strong understanding of e-commerce and our customers, and will leverage both to bring great products to market.
This position can be performed from anywhere within the United States and is open to remote.

Who are you?
As Product Marketing Manager, you are passionate about technology and marketing and want to bring the Helium 10 tools to life for our customers.
This is a highly cross-functional role that will be the primary advocate for the product line and developing and executing GTM strategies.
You will be responsible for owning the marketing strategy and tactics for the tool while understanding the technical nuances of the product.
You will have a deep understanding of the Amazon ecosystem and the competitive landscape and use that knowledge to help drive customer engagement of the tool and Helium 10.
You are comfortable straddling a line between marketing and product and thrive juggling multiple priorities at once in a fast-paced and data-driven environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop product positioning and messaging strategy based on customer insights, market research, and deep understanding of product features and value.
Create a GTM strategy, focusing on showing the value of the tools to drive customer engagements and retention.
Partner with marketing and content/creative teams to develop impactful campaigns, marketing collateral, and conduct trainings to acquire and engage customers as well as increase tool usage.
Be the internal advocate for the product and the end user and be the go-to expert for the tool.
Thorough understanding of market trends
– both from a competitive landscape perspective and an Amazon industry perspective.
Partner with Content & Training teams to make sure customer facing specs and content is current and engaging and create a roadmap to introduce new content.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, marketing, customer success, and engineering to modify and launch innovative products and features that align to our users’ business needs.
Create case studies, white papers, benchmark reports, and other content for distribution on marketing channels.
Develop and adhere to product KPIs to increase customer usage and retention.
Work with internal teams to ensure product/feature readiness, and coordinate product updates and launches.
Requirements
3-5 years SaaS technology product marketing, product management, or related experience in the B2B or e-commerce space (preferred).
Experience in product marketing required, ideally with a SaaS or technology product.
Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with different teams in a fast-paced environment, especially with the mission of communicating Helium 10’s value proposition to the market.
Tremendous personal initiative with a relentless drive to achieve the end result with minimal supervision.
Strong sense of curiosity and demonstrated problem-solving skills with a passion for data-driven insights.
Good analytical skills, comfortable using a variety of data interfaces (e.g.
Tableau, Amplitude, Google Analytics).
Superior verbal, written, and visual communication skills with a knack for persuading others.
Exceptional project management and organization acumen, with unerring attention to details.
