Product Manager – Payouts
Innovative unicorn startup offering tremendous room for growth, and the opportunity to own the product is seeking to hire a Product Manager within payouts. Offering an impressive compensation package estimating at 350k-425k.
The ideal Product Manager will build the strategic vision and related roadmap for the company. They will build up their product expertise and work with the development team to share requirements, prioritize and deliver key features, functionality, and innovation. The role will be an integral part to their digital payments branch. As an early member of the team you will be given the chance to provide expertise to the product and leading teams if management is something your keen on entering. Assisting as a central point of contact in the product organization for sales, development, marketing, and other cross functional groups and business units.
The role is 100% remote!!
Responsibilities:
- Drive product from ideation to launch.
- Collaborate with stake holders.
- Work cross functionally with agile teams.
- Execute product roadmap.
Requirements:
- Technical expertise in Net Settlement, Funding, Payouts, and Cross border payments.
- Experience with Financial Reports and Back End APIs.
- Experience with credit/debit card, bank transfers and e-wallets.
- Excellent communication and presenting skills.
Recommended Experiences:
- 5+years of payments.
- 2+ years leading teams.
- Deploying products in fintech, SaaS, or ecommerce.
Compensation:
Our client is looking at a range of $175,000-245,000 on the base, impressive stock option/RSU plan with a highly competitive bonus play to bring this in-line with current market expectations.
