Position: Contact Center Manager

Salary: 140k base

Location: located on Los Angeles, (ideally someone local but open to candidates outside of California. Can be fully remote!!!

Contact Center Manager / Project Manager

A direct client of Robert Half Technology is looking for a well-rounded, Project Manager to join their team on a direct hire basis in an effort to refine and grow their team. Our client is in the SaaS industry and the growth of their business is relying on the further development of their current team and massive growth during this time. 

Job Requirements:

• Contact centers, building chatbots – please explain this experience when submitting your resume

– Strong background in multi-channel Contact Center / BPO operations

•    Knowledge of PC applications / tech savvy

•    Bachelor’s degree / MBA’s a plus

•    Relevant workforce management experience

•    Successful cost management & cost analysis experience

•    Experience working at organizations on the leading edge of CX strongly preferred

•    Familiarity with key customer service, retention and communication strategies, metrics and technologies (call centers, cancel/save programs, IVR, CRM, email, live chat, collections, social media platforms, etc.)

•    Experience in subscription/membership business models preferred
