Product Manager, B2B

Papaya is looking to grow its Product team!

As a Product Manager (B2B) at Papaya, you will collaborate with teams across the organization and help get one of our new lines of business off the ground.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • To start, you will own a high priority project on the B2B roadmap, working directly with one of our pilot customers with a focus on improving their adoption funnel and driving NPS
  • Over time you will drive your own roadmap, managing a portfolio of new customer launches as a major contributor on a team driving new revenue streams for Papaya
  • Work collaboratively with other PM’s to find creative solutions that will drive client adoption, activation, and retention
  • Make thoughtful contributions to the team, working collaboratively to balance big bets and incremental improvements
  • Help drive execution through iterative testing and learning
  • Make thoughtful contributions to the team, developing a deep understanding of our users, employing a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods

We’d like to hear from candidates with:

  • 2+ years of relevant Product Management experience
  • Ability to keep up with the changing nature of startups 
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable using data to form a hypothesis and monitoring metrics to determine the success trend of product initiatives
  • Effective communication skills and ability to liaise seamlessly between functions
  • Project management aptitude; the ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize between project components with regular reporting of outcomes
