Product Manager

About the role:We’re seeking a Product Manager to join our growing Product team.

As a Product Manager at Fuel Cycle, you’ll be responsible for product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements and contributing to the product vision.

You’ll work closely with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

As one of the members of the product team, you’ll contribute to our strategic objectives on a regular basis and secure our position as one of the most trusted, innovative platforms in market research.

Where you’ll make an impact:* Translate requests, feedback, and data into product roadmap that aligns with Fuel Cyle’s strategic objectives* Effectively manage and prioritize backlog* Define business and technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for product functions and features* Collaborate with Engineering on product development during the discovery phase to assess value, usability, and feasibility of product features* Wireframe new product feature ideas or improvements to communicate vision and to represent the problem-solving flow.* “Own” the product’s user experience* Track competitive landscape and industry trends and re-adjust as necessary to maintain product differentiation.* Provide assistance to Sales and Customer Success teams with product demos or product related questionsWhat we’re looking for:* Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or similar major* 2+ years of successful experience in a Product management role in SaaS or Software environment* Experience developing B2B products using agile methodologies* Strong understanding of all aspects of the product development lifecycle, including product strategy development, requirements definition, UE design, engineering, QA and launch* Ability to prioritize and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced cross-functional team environment* Ability to effectively discuss engineering/design approaches* Must be team player with excellent communication skills* High level of energy, motivation, and collaborative nature* Experience with UX design a plusWhat we offer: Health/Dental/Vision Insurance – Fuel Cycle covers 100% of the employee’s medical premium up to $550 per month 401K match – 100% of contributions up to 6% Flexible Work Schedule – Hybrid or Remote work options / COVID safety Generous Parental Leave – 12 weeks of Parental Leave Generous PTO Policy – 2 weeks PTO, 6 Sick Days, 3 Personal Days, 1 Mental Health Day/Quarter Commuter Benefits/Free Parking Pet Friendly Office Fully Stocked Kitchen Awarded recognition for: Professional Development, Diversity, Company Culture, Fastest Growing Private Company
