WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO:
Lead and advise client engagements centered on driving measurable efficiency and effectiveness outcomes in supply chain operations for pharma and medical device manufacturing clients (up to 80% travel)
Partner with our Life Sciences industry practice to develop thought leadership content , service offerings, and development of our people

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU’VE ALREADY DONE:
Demonstrated leadership in Supply Chain, including implementing supply chain transformations and improvements.
Previous consulting experience desired, preferably with a large consulting firm, and with a focus on supply chain,
Experience with S&OP, demand planning / forecasting, and supply chain technology management.
A background in sourcing, supply planning, warehouse management and logistics, and transportation management preferred.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships, manage conflict, manage detail and innovate solutions.
Experience working in multiple organizations, preferably in life sciences / pharmaceuticals with an emphasis on supply chain.
Experience with technology/system implementation, operations, integration and/or strategy development desired.
Lean Master or Lean-Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification preferred.
Minimum 8-15 years of business experience.
B.A. or B.S. degree required;
