Our Digital Strategy Consulting practice is a -fast growing -team focused on guiding clients of all sizes, across diverse industries, through transformational digital change.
From setting the strategic vision to executing individual initiatives, we help our clients identify their key business challenges, examine their digital customer experience and uncover unique opportunities to create business value.
– WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO: Advise customers and stakeholders on how to tap into emerging technology and operational practices in the Lead to Cash space
– Lead management, Sales management, Customer Relationship Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, Operations, to identify business opportunities for optimization that will unlock or create new types of business value Work across a wide variety of industries and customers, leveraging your experience and expertise within technology, operations, process improvement and change management to deliver value The ideal candidate will be a thought leader in the strategy, technology, and operations in the CRM and ERP space, as well as establish best practices for how those solutions will be leveraged and value creation measured
– The candidate will play a critical role in the development and growth of our Digital Strategy and Transformation capabilities and will be central to the grow capabilities across the firm
– The candidate will also be responsible for developing $2M to $4M in sales YOY within the space of Digital Strategy and Transformation consulting practice.

– WHAT WE EXPECT YOU’VE ALREADY DONE:–
– 7 to 10 -years experience -in creating strategies in some combination of the following: Lead Management, Sales Management, Order Management, Customer Relationship Management, and Enterprise Resource Planning Demonstrates thought leader knowledge of sales operations and field sales emphasizing an extensive track record of managing large scale projects that involve thinking critically about the business model and processes, and articulating a vision for the future of the business through thought leadership.
Responsible for $2M to $4M sales YOY
– Advance knowledge of technologies like: Customer Relationship Management systems, Enterprise Resource Planning systems
– Working knowledge of Corporate Strategy, Technology Strategy, Operational Strategy, and Customer Experience Strategy.
– Proven experience of articulating and advising on the strategic value of new technology, digital, or operational solutions with significant experience in transaction and business due diligence, operational and performance improvement, strategic growth, or other relevant strategy experience
– Proven experience of articulating and advising on the strategic value of new technology, digital, or operational solutions with significant experience in transaction and business due diligence, operational and performance improvement, strategic growth, or other relevant strategy experience
– Demonstrated knowledge of business improvement methodologies such as Lean, Agile, etc.
Proven comfort navigating ambiguity and an intellectual curiosity for learning and working with capabilities across Point B, including Digital, Operational & Process Improvement, Business Transformation, Point B Capital, Point B Property Development, Expert Velocity and more.
– Excellent communication skills, including the ability to break down complex structures and ideas into consumable concepts for a diverse set of stakeholders, from entry to expert level
– Lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing strategic roadmaps, manage key engagement interviews, research, and facilitate workshops
– Act as the primary team interface with various levels of client executives up to and including C-Level
– Manage the presentation of final project deliverables and advise persuasively, earning the position of a trusted advisor
