Job Description

Based in West Los Angeles, California, University Credit Union has a fantastic opportunity for an established executive to join their credit union as the next President/Chief Executive Officer.

Approaching $600 Million in assets, this organization has experienced nearly 10% growth in the past year and is in need of a forward thinker to continue with the mission, vision and values.

Primarily serving the employees, alumni, students, and families of Southern California universities, this organization has a great reputation and is a well-established for future expansion.

Qualifications

The new President/Chief Executive Officer must have experience leading and developing strong teams and can work collectively with an engaged and strategic Board of Directors.

The Chief Executive Officer will have full responsibility for planning, directing, and managing the operations and staff of University Credit Union in accordance with policies established by the Board, the Credit Union by-laws, and compliance with regulatory requirements of all governing agencies.

A proven track record of success, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills are a must.

At least five years of executive-level credit union or financial institution experience with progressive advancement up to and including Chief Executive Officer, and a Bachelor’s degree are required.

MBA or CPA required.
