This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Personal Injury Case Manager located in Los Angeles, CA. The Senior Personal Injury Case Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing pre-litigation personal injury cases, ensuring that cases move forward successfully, and coordinating with clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters, and medical providers. Must be able to handle 25-30 cases monthly. The Senior Personal Injury Case Manager will also be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with clients and other stakeholders, as well as ensuring all team members deliver the highest quality case experience

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years direct experience in managing personal injury cases required
- Familiarity with personal injury law, terminology and procedures, in particular auto accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip-and-falls, and dog bites
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and team members
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities, high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, lead teams, and problem-solve effectively
- Proficiency in data management software and Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Bilingual in Korean, Tagalog, Filipino or Chinese, (Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus)
