Candidates located in or willing to relocate to any SoCal location will be considered (LA, San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange, San Diego Counties).

nn nn n nn nnThe PPC Manager is a key member of the Digital Marketing team that will be focused on maximizing FASHIONPHILE’s potential on the SERP and other external marketing channels.

This is a key role on the growing Digital Marketing Team, reporting directly to the Head of Digital Marketing.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in paid platforms and PPC best practices and experience managing SMB-to-enterprise scale campaigns.

A critical thinker, the individual will succeed in this role if they approach their work with a data-driven mindset and possess a thirst for testing and improvement.nn nn n nn nn WHAT YOU’LL DO: nn Be the in-house expert for advertising
– whether it’s paid search, paid social, TV or radio, understand the best channel, platform, and strategy for the growth goals of the organization.

Fully manage campaigns on Google, Facebook, Microsoft Bing, Pinterest, and other ad networks, including search, shopping, display, and video campaigns.

Monitor and manage a monthly advertising budget.

Drive incremental revenue with advertising spend that maximizes sales and drives bottom-line profitability.

Partner with stakeholders to determine the best channel and strategy for a campaign.

Participate in the planning process and provide an expert opinion on acquisition.

Balance the goals of all channels and be part of team to optimize the overall conversion, not just one channel.

Manage marketing feeds and resolve issues as they arise.

Perform competitive analysis reports using 3rd party tools (SEMrush, etc.).

Monitor industry news and trends to dynamically shift strategies with the evolving landscape.

Analyze the performance of all PPC channels + SEO, maintaining regular reporting as well as ad hoc reporting as needed.

nn n nn nn WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: nn Minimum of 6 years managing digital advertising campaigns full time with at least 4 years direct hands on experience managing a Google Ads account for an e-commerce organization.

Budgets over $300k/month in spend.

An expert in understanding how marketing channels work and how they interplay across paid/unpaid channels, across upper and lower funnels.

A marketer that understands how to best optimize campaigns to maximize performance.

A strong understanding of the value props of various ad tech including DSPs and DMPs.

Experience working with Microsoft Advertising and Facebook Ads, with extensive knowledge of best practices within each platform.

Proficiency in creating and optimizing audiences with a strong understanding of how targeting/retargeting works.

A strong understanding of how different digital channels interplay and affect conversion Experience managing campaign budgets with a history of efficiently managing budgets to hit KPIs.

Very knowledgeable when it comes to the governing policies of online advertising.

An understanding of international advertising policy is a plus.

The ability to learn autonomously and work with only high-level guidance.

A willingness to take the initiative.

Well-versed with web analytics with a strong understanding of Google Analytics reporting.

Familiarity with Google Merchant Center and other feed management tools + best practices Highly organized, motivated, and task-oriented.

nn n nn nn BONUS IF YOU HAVE: nn A background in r/e-commerce or advertising a large scale, single-SKU catalog Knowledge of the paid side of TikTok and other social media ad platforms: what works and what is tantamount to throwing money into the air Experience with tag management (GTM, Tealium) Working knowledge of javascript and HTML
