About the role: On its own, data holds relatively little value. Datas worth lies in how its used and analyzed; how people and machines respond to the insights it generates. Thats where you come in. We need your inspirational leadership and analytical mind to sort through datas endless possibilities and design seamless experiences for analyzing and using data for us and our clients. As an Analytics Experience Manager, youll be practicing at the top of your field, leading how human and machine experiences are designed and developed. Working on multiple projects at a time, youll be solving issues facing your clients as they enter the digital age, identifying trends, predicting outcomes and mentoring up-and-coming analysts. In the role, you will: Lead projects to design and build reporting tools, information dashboards, data generators, and other resources. Develop teams to provide technology-based data reporting tools and management. Offer advice and recommend solutions for company reporting and data needs, address business issues and find opportunities. Program and maintain report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other user resources. Create specifications for reports based on business requests. Mentor and be responsible for the work of teams across different projects. Your skills: You can run programs, projects, and teams, and have plenty of experience working with data mining, analysis and modelling large-scale, complex datasets. Well support you in using your strong business sense and expertise to steer the direction and strategy of your team. You know your way around analytics and statistical modelling tools and can communicate complex methodologies and concepts in non-technical language and get clients on board. You excel at analysis, whether its statistical, quantitative, predictive, or optimization, and youre confident in high-level programming languages, such as S, C++, Python or Julia. You probably have a Bachelors degree in Applied Mathematics, Statistics or another relevant field, with three to five years of experience. Wed love it if youve been working with clients. Ideally, your experience includes: Power BI, Databricks, Azure Data Warehouse, Azure Data Lake, SQL, Data Vault, Informatica, Teradata Predictive analytics tools such as Multivariate testing (A/B testing) and optimization algorithms. At least one high-level programming language. NoSQL databases and tools, such as Hadoop, Hive, or Spark. Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
