They will collaborate with the Marketing team and other key internal partners to develop and distribute content across Point B’s channels and will be responsible for identifying and implementing digital marketing best practices across Point B’s digital ecosystem.WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO:Plan, implement and manage SEO/SEM strategy and execution, including keyword research and strategy.Write and create compelling social media content for Point B audiences.Execute social media display and manage community engagement across Point B channels.Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns and activities, assess KPIs against goals.Understand paid media, MarTech stack capabilities and website oversight and management; ability to execute on tactics and serve as backup SME for team as needed.Identify and execute SEO/SEM best practices across the digital marketing ecosystem.Create keyword strategy and execute research across Point B brand, industries and competitors.Possess strong understanding of Point B’s MarTech stack capabilities and website vendor management; partner with IT as needed to drive improvements.Strong understanding of Pardot and ability to build, test, send and report on email campaigns.Demonstrated capabilities of executing display ads and paid social media, particularly on LinkedIn.Own reporting for digital marketing tactics against KPIs and make recommendations for continuous improvement.Perform regular competitive research across digital tactics, elevating insights to the team Develop and deliver compelling and effective customer-first content for digital channels.Work with internal SMEs and partners to define and drive key messages for content.Lead social media display execution for Point B; keep pace with new features and the best practices for leveraging them.Innovate and test new content formats across Point B social media channels.Monitor community sentiment across social media channels; lead review management process for sites such as Glassdoor and Fishbowl.Create imagery and visuals for social posts and campaigns; collaborate with the Creative Team as needed to develop compelling and effective visual assets to engage appropriate audiences.Support employee advocacy and awareness of best practices on social media; update/create new internal social media guidelines and tools as needed.Lead program to support amplification of social media content across Point B’s social ecosystem.WHAT WE OFFER:The opportunity to affect the learning approach for our firm’s futureThe chance to impact the journey of our employees’ growth and developmentAn environment that encourages you to identify new opportunities and the support to make it happenThe opportunity to build and be part of a fun and collaborative culture with teams that are as passionate about their communities as they are about their workWHAT WE EXPECT YOU’VE ALREADY DONE:B.A.
