Planning & Production Control Manager
What we are looking for:

Degree required, MBA preferred

Production Control, Material Planning, Master Scheduling, SIOP (S&OP) and Inventory Control
-
Supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment, aerospace/space preferred.

MRP/MRP II
-
Strong management and leadership experience, proven experience developing high performing teams.
Job Requirements:
Position Summary:
Responsible for material planning and production control functions, executing strategic objectives in the Supply Chain Department in a complex manufacturing environment, developing tactical efforts resulting in short term and long-term improvements, forecasting, and manage the inventory.

Oversee the timely release of manufacturing orders and requisitions

Identify risk in purchased part deliveries and mitigate schedule delays.

Oversee the master schedule and schedule attainment.

Continuous Improvement

SIOP, S&OP

Work with operations identifying aging WIP, participate in WIP audits, scrap activities
