Multi-Unit Restaurant Manager
Joe’s Pizza is looking for a highly motivated individual with fast casual management experience to oversee our growing NY style pizzerias.
Candidate will work closely with restaurant managers and team members to oversee day to day operations in each location.
Job Duties:
Training & development of all team members and management to maintain restaurant standards of excellence.
Oversee each location’s inventory & ordering and work with managers to control food cost.
Prepare weekly schedules for each location to cover peak business periods while maintaining labor cost.
Must ensure all shifts are covered.
Provide appropriate and effective counseling and discipline when necessary.
Recruit and hire team members to fill business needs for each location.
Maintain open communication with each team to ensure all locations are aware of changes to policies/procedures as well as any specials or events happening.
Conduct regular restaurant inspections including food safety checks, cleanliness, and restaurant safety checks.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years fast casual restaurant management experience.
Valid manager ServSafe Certificate.
Experience in employment hiring, coaching, and termination practices.
Preferred experience in pizzeria setting with hand stretched dough.
Knowledge of food & labor costs.
Available to work a flexible schedule as business requires.
Drivers license and reliable vehicle.

– $78,000.00 per year
