The starting salary range is between 37K to 48K in addition to opportunities for bonuses/commission on top of the base salary.
In addition, ACL Insurance contributes to the employee’s medical insurance.
A current Virginia Property & Casualty insurance license is required and some insurance agency work experience is preferred.
The agency is a fast-paced environment and you must enjoy providing prompt, accurate, courteous service.
The primary responsibilities would be managing a personal and commercial book of business including supporting clients as needed with certificate requests, change requests, billing questions, audits, and other service needs that may arise.
Additional responsibilities would include answering phones, cross-selling existing personal and commercial clients, reviewing customer accounts and making recommendations on additional policy/coverage needs to ensure they are properly insured.
Additional Requirements: Detail oriented Good with numbers Enjoy working with the public and take pride in your ability to advise clients Demonstrate oral and written communication and customer relationship skills An understanding of how to utilize the agency/carrier’s products and services to meet client’s needs A positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor toward clients and colleagues.
