POSITION OVERVIEW
Superplastic is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to augment our fast-growing character-based product and animated entertainment brand.
Have you managed e-commerce acquisition budgets over $50,000/Month?
Do you absolutely love digging into the data and problem-solving your way into ROI-positive campaigns?
Would you like to work around other super smart and energetic team members and learn from a squad of super-intelligent peers?
You’ll work closely with the rest of the Marketing team to manage performance marketing on social media platforms, serve as the day-to-day owner of the campaigns you manage and be able to speak to performance effectively.
This role does not entail any sharing, post engagement, community building, or other broader social responsibilities
– we are all about increasing revenue and conversions for our eComm business through a strategic, data-driven, and analytical approach.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct paid media strategic planning and optimization efforts from conception to creative to execution to analysis.
We want thought leaders.
In conjunction with the greater Marketing team, develop marketing strategies and plans to support and achieve the brand’s business objectives.
Execution of ad campaigns on platforms including Facebook, Google Ads, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Manage and measure campaign performance across the funnel (Acquisition, Remarketing, & Retention) while also establishing benchmarks and recommending future tests.
Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data, such as surveys, questionnaires, and options polls.
Gather data on target consumers, our competitors, and market conditions.
Effectively communicate campaign performance to the Director of Marketing and the greater Marketing team and make recommendations on improvement.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Business Development, Economics or related analytics fields) At least four years of paid search/paid social campaign management experience At least two years of paid Facebook advertising & campaign management experience Understanding & experience with performance marketing goals & methods
– ROAS, Dynamic Ads, omnichannel strategies, etc Strong knowledge around Facebook, Instagram, Google, Pinterest, and Snapchat performance marketing Trustworthy in managing larger ad budgets and meeting deadlines with 100% consistency A track record of creating and optimizing conversion-focused campaigns Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics Experience with 3rd party MMPs (especially Rockerbox) is a plus Substantial analytical & spreadsheet/Excel skills A proactive approach to identifying and solving issues An eye for detail: you have the ability to speak at a high level but can also get in the weeds Practical communication skills, both written and verbal, with considerable attention to detail Relevant professional certifications are a plus Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
