Performance Marketing Manager This role is for a company that is gaining huge momentum in the marketplace and whose mission is to educate, support, and provide women around the world with the tools and resources that promote feminine health and wellness by providing functional plant-based feminine care system that is the future of feminine care.
So what will I be doing?
· Manage the strategy and daily execution of our paid social, paid search and display channels from large campaign initiatives through daily bid management.
· Deliver against aggressive traffic, conversion, revenue, and margin goals
· Develop and implement strategies for keyword bidding, keyword selection and match type, account structure, audience testing, and ad visual and copy testing to meet and exceed ROI targets
· Test new channels to scale growth for the business in new and existing markets.
· Partner closely with Sales and Marketing in identifying category opportunities and aligning acquisition/retention strategy with seasonal launches, new product introductions, and category sales targets
· Analyze and optimize campaign performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis; develop insights to inform future strategy
· Closely monitor, measure and report on campaign performance, budgeting and conduct ad hoc analysis
· Utilize our customer LTV models to understand the impact of paid marketing and make strategic changes.
· Deliver against aggressive traffic, conversion, revenue, and margin goals
· Explore new and emerging digital marketing & acquisition opportunities.
· Aid in the strategy and development of ad and landing page creative.
· Manage communications and reporting with functional partners as well as external vendors and agency partners.
Who You Are:
· Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, business or applied sciences
· 4-6 years of experience owning multiple channels at a performance-based company.
· Proven track record driving customer and user acquisition and activation to scale with success
· Hands-on experience managing and executing SEM, Social, and Display activations
· Mastery of the economics of performance marketing
· Deep knowledge of data
– reporting, analysis for optimization and opportunity, and application across all digital channels
· Self-directed and fast-moving.

Expectation to have some in-person meetings in Atlanta or New York or Los Angeles eventually.
