Redbud Brands is looking for an entrepreneurial, analytically minded performance marketer to launch and scale new and upcoming better-for-you consumables brands. The Performance Marketing Manager would report to the Chief Digital Officer and would own go-to-market strategy and ongoing acquisition and remarketing campaign optimization and testing across owned DTC sites and Amazon.
What You’ll Do
- Manage paid social and SEM campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other platforms
- Build/test targeting strategies quickly and efficiently
- Optimize ads for revenue and profitability specific KPIs (ROAS, incremental LTV/CAC, Marginal ROI, Revenue, and Profit Margins)
- Build and run A/B and multivariate tests
- Test and iterate on campaign structures, bidding algorithms, keyword bidding, and other impact-driven variables
- Identify new testing new paid channels to drive acquisition in key markets
- Work closely with external agency partners, graphic designers, and business teams to deliver high-caliber, effective advertising
- Regularly share key results and insights to Redbud leadership and portfolio company GMs
At a Minimum, We’d Like You to Have
- Experience growing paid channel spend profitably within eCommerce environments
- At least 3-5 years of digital marketing experience
- A firm analytical mindset and an owner’s mentality
- Excellent organizational skills to juggle many tasks without losing sight of the highest priorities
- A desire to create and build new processes
- Strong understanding of campaign structures
- Experience working in ecommerce or CPG
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Fluent in performance marketing technologies and best practices
- Track record of success and career advancement
- Thorough familiarity and passion for data-driven lifecycle marketing, customer marketing and retention, and testing frameworks at scale
Ideally, You”ll Also Have
- A background in data science or analytics
- Deep understanding of Shopify and integrations
- Experience growing a consumables DTC business
- An understanding of web and app media buying, tracking, and attribution
