Job Overview: Covance Drug Development Partnership Solutions is currently seeking a Partnership Enablement Lead / Director to join the team.
The Partnership Enablement Lead / Director will play an instrumental role in identifying new internal partnership opportunities to drive business growth.
He/she will be empowered to lead the development of partnership approach and strategies, and responsible of the operational implementation of the partnership, working with external and internal stakeholders.
This is a remote US based opportunity.
Responsibilities include: Identify, design and drive implementation of strategy to grow new partnership opportunities and/or renewals through; Client customized governance and resourcing models Fit-for-purpose and high quality delivery of the client portfolio by establishing meaningful oversight mechanism (e.g.
KPIs) Change management leadership and integration strategy with client(s) and internal functional groups Close partnership with PMO and Portfolio governance teams Continuous monitoring and integration of client needs and requirements (e.g.
Biotech segment) as part of value proposition of the partnership Collaborate and partner with Drug Development Partnership Directors/Executive Directors leading specific key accounts Provide line of sight of client culture and strategies to internal functions/teams Foster a culture of delivering continuous improvement, quality, and productivity from the clients’ perspective Drive for accountability in dependable delivery, commitment to quality, science, innovation, and driving growth Lead and/or actively contribute to the development of the Drug Development Partnership Solution Team by coaching through initiatives or mentoring when appropriate.
Education/Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a Life Science discipline or Business Management Experience: 10 years of relevant experience within the CRO or Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry or equivalent education, training, and experience
