We are looking for a Product Partner Solutions Manager, Signals who will support a portfolio of products offered through our partners to help businesses onboard their website, app and offline customer data to Facebook, reach new people through better targeting and optimization, measure the results of their campaigns like sales, and gain insights through analytics. The ideal candidate will have experience closely partnering with product and partner managers on developing portfolio-level product strategies across technical enterprise business tools. This will include prioritizing new business opportunities, representing partner feedback with product teams, developing strategies to build, test, and activate partner-enabled products, while bringing these plans to execution through a diverse set of cross-functional partners. The Partner Product Solutions Manager will drive our third-party strategy for unlocking more value for businesses on Facebook by integrating their existing assets and workflows into Facebooks business tools. You will make an impact on a global scale working with a team that solves big problems for Facebooks fastest growing product areas and partner ecosystems. Understand market needs, product priorities, and ecosystem capabilities2. Synthesize trends in the ecosystem and product performance to identify where third-party ecosystems can accelerate business objectives and influence product roadmaps, cross-functional teams and executives around key investments3. Collaborate with product and marketing teams both within Facebook and at third-party partners to develop new capabilities in the market4. Build global strategy and go-to-market for development, testing, and activation of partner enabled solutions, inclusive of scope, goals, measurement, resourcing, activation5. Lead an analytical approach to identify growth initiatives and design in-market experiments leveraging third-party partners to validate hypotheses6. Manage end-to-end execution, including tracking progress vs. milestones, identifying issues/blockers, and enabling mitigation plans for product alpha/betas, new product launches, and product activation initiatives7. Lead large, global, cross-functional teams including business development, solutions engineering, marketing, data science, and partner management teams to drive execution against initiatives**Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications:8. 7+ years of experience in product management, management consulting, product marketing, or equivalent experience9. Bachelors Degree10. Demonstrated track record of solving complex, strategic business problems using data and insights11. Scrappy, resourceful, action and detail-oriented, with a high ownership experience delivering measurable impact12. Experience working through ambiguity to develop a strategy, setting aggressive goals, and executing13. Proven communication skills14. Demonstrated experience executing in a fast-paced environment with several cross functional teams15.
