Partner Marketing Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Partner Marketing Project Manager in Los Angeles, CA. Summary: As a Partner Marketing Project Manager you are a key support system for the company’s Indies Partner Marketing team which delivers marketing and account support for indie-led third party publishers. Ingest the global marketing plans and strategies provided by the Senior Partner Marketing Manager for the Indies program. This requires collaborating with the Head of PS Indies, Account Management team, Platform Marketing as well as Store & Services to determine aligned priorities, consulting with the marketing lead and delivering rollout plans. Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Central BTL teams on Indie logistics
  • Leading scripting writing and run of shows for Panels, Interviews, Video Series, as appropriate
  • Develop pitch deck materials for Indie portfolio opportunities
  • Drive branding needs with Creative Service teams and Video Services
  • Work with website to keep Indie page current and engaging
  • Work with company Store teams to ensure collaboration and consistency across promotional activities
  • Work with Indies Partnership marketing lead to curate and deliver content for portfolio opportunities
  • Build workback schedules and ensure deliverables are met for programming

Job Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5-7 years of experience, preferably within Marketing, PR or Project Management in entertainment, gaming or other creative industry – such as agency or client serving
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively and professionally cross-functionally as well as with our external partners
  • Prior experience in a global matrixed organization, with the ability to collaborate with immediate team members in different international regions
  • Motivated, self-starter with the ability to solve problems efficiently and the confidence to respond with appropriate level of urgency to situations
  • Very organized with attention to detail, can prioritize a varied workload and successfully manage multiple deadlines with a busy schedule
  • An interest in, and knowledge of, video games is preferred
  • Highly computer, social media and technology literate including proficiency in MS Office and G Suite
