What You’ll Do 

VidMob has invested in developing strategic partnerships across all major digital & social media platforms.

As a Partner Manager, you will lead VidMob’s partner relationship with several of our strongest platform partnerships.

You will work hand in hand with our partners to develop go-to-market initiatives across all facets of their organizations.

You will play a key role in growing VidMob’s partner programs with a focus on driving revenue, retention, and overall awareness for VidMob in our partner community.

Responsibilities include:

  • Own several of VidMob’s strategic partnerships, their success, measurement, and execution of partnership goals
  • Establish and build meaningful relationships as the primary point of contact with key organizational partner stakeholders and manage senior relationships to help deliver mutually beneficial services to our partners and customers
  • Define partner success requirements, produce analysis of partnerships and product/service impact, and analyze & communicate key partner performance metrics 
  • Organize and lead quarterly business review sessions with partner leadership teams
  • Maintain a cadence of regular syncs with partners to understand their roadmaps and priorities to proactively identify opportunities to grow the partnership
  • Maintain a deep understanding of partner tech stack, business & strategy in context of the partnership, ecosystem and overall competitive landscape
  • Plan, scope, and launch programs within key partnerships
  • Work cross-functionally to balance internal business vs.

    external partner needs and identify opportunities that drive growth

  • Work internally to ensure success of company objectives by: aligning on cross functional goals, influencing roadmaps and team deliverables, and ensuring mutual accountability 
  • Partner closely with VidMob’s Client Partnerships team to advocate for partners internally 
  • Be a positive contributor to the VidMob community and culture: participating in our commitment to giving back through VidMob Gives, positively problem-solving and collaborating to build a better company, and upholding

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of proven experience working in Business Development, Partnerships, or Sales (preferably in AdTech or Software industries)
  • Have experience in working with social media platforms in a business development or sales capacity, collaborating with creative, data and media agencies and / or teams within broader partner organizations
  • Superb interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Proven expertise at understanding partners and their needs 
  • An analytic thinker with the ability to understand and simplify complex concepts
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to align teams to drive maximum impact.

    The ability to easily work cross functionally is a requirement

  • Deep experience and knowledge of the advertising space 
  • Experience working effectively and cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally
  • Excellent organizational skills and proven initiator who needs minimal guidance to achieve goals.
