About The Role DoorDash is looking for an Integrations Associate Manager who will manage and optimize integrations with our top New Verticals partners, representing our expansion outside of Restaurants.

Externally, you’ll serve as the Technical Account Manager representing Integrations at DoorDash.

Internally, you’ll strategize with our cross-functional DoorDash teams to build & operate world class integrations.

You will report into an Integrations Manager on our Partner Integrations team.

This team is a part of DoorDash’s Merchant Strategy & Operations organization.

As an Integrations Associate Manager, you will lead a team of Integration Specialists who help you implement and maintain integrations with our New Verticals Merchants to drive Selection and Quality on DoorDash Marketplace.

You’ll be responsible for key operational metrics and process improvement from strategy to execution, while relentlessly focusing on efficiency and execution for some of our most challenging business problems.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will… Serve as the voice of DoorDash in managing external relationships with our integration partners, leading implementation and process improvement Own the success of our Inventory Feed integration by leading a team of specialists to integrate new Merchants on DoorDash Marketplace Partner with product and engineering to discover & drive opportunities for operational and product improvement using data analysis and merchant insights Identify, resolve, and escalate day-to-day integration-related issues and blockers We’re excited about you because… You’re a team leader

– You have strong project & program management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage numerous engagements at once Qualifications 4+ years of experience translating technical concepts to business solutions.
