  • Hours of Operations: PART TIME- Monday-Friday After School Schedule 2:10-6 pm and EARLY RELEASE Days 1:15 pm -6 PM and summer camp (schedule will vary between 7 am-6 pm)

We’re searching for a part time Site Program Manager to join our team who wants to practice their hands-on management skills and build collaborative relationships.   • Delivering quality enrichment programs for children using internally crafted Disguised Learning curriculum
  • Developing and coaching a team who are passionate about providing a safe, fun, engaging environment (check out here what our staff is saying about the role)
  • Working closely with principals and school staff to enhance the instructional experience
  • Instilling the Right At School footprint by participating in local community events (Back to School, Right Club gives back, Field Day, and more!)
  • Manage and maintain safety standards including supervision and program paperwork


  • Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills
  • Strong classroom management skills with the ability to use and model appropriate positive discipline
  • Works well in a team environment
  • A passion and drive that inspires a love for learning & the ability to engage children in learning activities in a fun and interactive way
  • Respect for and dedication to working with children
  • REQUIRED: 2 years of direct experience working with children under 13 in a center based facility
  • REQUIRED: 1 year of supervisory experience
  • College coursework in early childhood education, child development, or a related field
  • Ability to complete REQUIREMENTS; LIVE Scan Fingerprint, Mandated Reporter training, Health Certificate/ Cleared TB, CPR/FA
