Account Management serves as the bridge between the business, Marketing & Sales Strategy leadership, and the Creative and Production teams (both internal Disney and external agencies), adding value to the marketing and creative direction/delivery.#DPEP_MediaResponsibilities:Understand our needs, ensuring strategy is sound and providing solutions that address the problems/opportunities that clients are asking the agency to help solveSet agency up for success by managing client expectations, project timing, and direction; and distill direction in a way that simplifies complexity for the agencyLead creative strategy based on relevant consumer insightsPartner with Project Management, who will oversee key elements of the projects from beginning to endMaintain assignment budgetsWork with internal agency peers to contribute to the development of creative solutions that accomplish the brief and move the business forwardCapture client feedback in written form to move deliverables closer to finalizationLive your client’s brand thoroughly understand how it is performing, important challenges & opportunities, how/why consumers use it, and upcoming strategic prioritiesBe the daily resource for client and discipline partners on all aspects of projectsBuild a relationship with your client and discipline partners through combination of face-to-face interactions and electronic communicationsLead under fire create effective decisions, and escalate client difficulties to leadershipBasic Qualifications:4+ years of professional marketing, ad agency, brand management, media, or related experienceKnowledge of communication media including video, print, digital, social, email, collateral, out of home, and the production process supporting eachLead projects, working with external client and internal project management to keep work moving as planned and addressing challengesBuild relationships and team orientationInfluence external clients, plus internal agency peers and agency leadershipEffective at handling multiple large-scale projects/tasksKeep current on the pulse of the ad and marketing industryCommitted to continuous improvement; seek and act on feedback from agency leadershipPreferred Qualifications:Knowledge of brand management and advertising for consumer brandsKnowledge of consumer research tools and methodologiesRequired Education Bachelors Degree or equivalentPreferred EducationGraduate Degree in Marketing or AdvertisingAdditional Information:Benefits and Perks: Disney offers a rewards package to help you live your best life.
