Paid Social Media Manager

nnOur e-commerce start-up client is looking for a Paid Social Media Manager to drive customer acquisition for a growing product and team.

nn nn n nn nnAcquisition Manager Responsibilities:nn nn
– Develop, execute and analyze paid media campaignsnn nn
– Design and optimize paid social media marketing efforts with heavy focus on Facebook adsnn nn
– Lead overall customer acquisition strategy, manage weekly marketing budgets and allocationnn nn
– Create best practices for general acquisition strategy, develop and improve KPIs and ROIs for each platform to assess user acquisition nn nn
– Develop and test campaigns to maximize and measure customer engagementnn nn
– Analyze data to spot optimization opportunities and reduce acquisition costsnn nn n nn nnAcquisition Manager Requirements:nn nn
– 4 years of paid social media experiencenn nn
– Must have ability to develop strategies AND execute campaignsnn nn
– Strong Facebook ads experience (Google & Pinterest experience strongly preferred)nn nn
– Data-driven with strong understanding of paid media & customer acquisitionnn nn
– Business and entrepreneurial-mindednn nn
